1 and 2 bedroom villas and apartments are available for rent in all three El Capistrano resorts***. All are situated in quiet locations and are tastefully furnished in Andalucian style with large patios or terraces for sunbathing and eating "Al Fresco". They are all close to pools and restaurants.

Booking Conditions

  1. A deposit of £100 per week is payable on completion of the booking form. In the event of cancellation this is not refundable. We recommend that you take out travel insurance. Please see our website www.nerjavillas.org.uk and click on ‘useful information’ to obtain a competitive quote from Holiday Extras (part of the AXA General Insurance Group).


  2. The Balance of the rental charge is due 6 weeks prior to your date of arrival. In the event of non-payment the property may be re-let.


  3. Extra persons over and above the maximum allowed are not permitted.


  4. The contract is between the persons named on the booking form and the owner of the property. Guildford Leisure Limited acts as an agent for the owner.


  5. If the owner has to cancel a booking, liability shall be limited to the rental paid.


  6. The accommodation is available from 4pm on the date of arrival and the property must be vacated by 10am on the date of departure.
